Sofrito

1 large green pepper
1/2 head of garlic
1 onion
1/4 bunch of culantro/cilantro
1/2 cup vegetable oil
5 small sweet cooking peppers

Puree all ingredients

Used in flavoring all types of foods. Should be sweated or sauteed before using to enhance the flavors.
